Personal Information We Collect
We do our best to minimize the amount of Personal Information we collect from Abundantly users. We may collect certain contact information, such as your phone number or email address, when you communicate with us for support or when you interact with us through social media. We may also collect your IP address and other necessary information for the legitimate purposes of presenting fraud and abuse, protecting the security of the system, and needed or required information for applicable legal purposes.

How We Collect Personal Data
Generally, we collect your Personal Data in the following ways:

- when you install our mobile app and agree to the use of the app upon installation;

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. The login cookies will be removed if you log out of your account.
An additional cookie will be saved in your browser if you edit or publish an article. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Your IP address will be included in the reset email if you request a password reset.
Personal Data and Third Parties
Your personal information and privacy rights are important to us, and Abundantly does not sell or rent your personal data to others. We may use de-identified nonpersonal data for analytics purposes, like Google Analytics, to help improve our Services and customer experience for you.

- to keep you updated on our events; and

- your employer who had paid for the use of the portal and app
- our professional advisers such as our auditors;

- any other person in connection with the purposes set forth above.
We may use your Personal Information to: Contact you when necessary; Respond to your comments, questions, or issues; Provide you with additional information; Send you information and materials about services and products.; Other internal business purposes.
Aggregated Personal Data and Non-Personal Information: We may share aggregated Personal Data or Non-Personal Information with service providers or with other persons we conduct business with, including but not limited to potential third parties for marketing purposes.

We may ask you to verify your identity to process this request and will send your copy to you electronically.
Request Correction of Your Personal Data: If you believe that the information we have collected is incorrect or incomplete, you may contact us so we can update it and keep your data accurate.
Object to Processing of Your Personal Data: You may request that we stop processing your personal data.
Request Erasure of Your Personal Data: You may request the erasure of your personal data. Any data that is no longer needed for purposes specified above or for purposes of applicable law, will be deleted after ninety (90) days. Request Restriction of the Processing of Your Personal Data: You may request that Abundantly only processes your personal data in limited circumstances, including with your consent. Under California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) you also have the right not to be discriminated against because of the exercise of your rights.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We may contract with third-party vendors However, we do not control third parties and cannot guarantee complete security. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with collecting, storing, and disclosing your personal information and secure all connections with industry-standard transport layer security. However, even with all these precautions, we cannot and do not fully guarantee against data access, disclosure, alteration, or deletion through events outside our control, including hardware or software failure or unauthorized use. Any information you provide to us is done entirely at your own risk.
Our Services are not targeted toward children. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our services, or older if required by applicable local law for the user. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.
