As an Account Executive, you’ll take a consultative approach to selling Abundantly’s employee recognition platform to HR executives and business leaders. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from lead engagement through closing—while working closely with marketing, product, and leadership to shape the way we grow.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, but with the autonomy to innovate, test, and directly impact the trajectory of both your career and our company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Build strong relationships with HR and People leaders at mid-market companies (250–2,500 employees).
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for buyers.
- Consistently deliver on sales quotas while maintaining alignment with Abundantly’s mission and values.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing to enhance our offerings and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent selling experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HR/Work Tech.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Skilled in managing complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, 3–12 months).
- Strong communication skills with situational fluency and buyer empathy.
- Experience selling to senior HR leaders is strongly preferred.
